All crab comes pre-cooked aboard the ship. Alaska is most known throughout the world for it's great quantities of King crab. Our crab is always large, but every so often we catch a crab that is even larger than normal. We call this Jumbo King crab, and that doesn't even do it justice. This crab is easily larger than typical crab legs, and dwarfs the crab that can be purchased in a store or even a waterfront market.
