Mahi-Mahi is one of our personal favorites! Also formally termed "Dorado," "Mahi" for short is one of the most striking species of fish in the ocean. Inside, the meat is white, and extremely mild and has a firm texture, making it ideal for grilling, topping off a salad, or most popularly, used in fish tacos!
