Sea Scallops don't have to be small! Our Jumbo-sized scallops are rated "U-10," meaning 10 or less scallops weighs ONE POUND! This is the largest possible size that can be found-and better yet, no additives here! Our completely wild, natural and never farmed Jumbo Sea Scallops will astound as appetizers or entrees and their large size and exceptionally firm texture make them ideal for grilling. Because our large, cream-colored scallops are frozen quickly (no phosphates, thank you), they remain firm, plump and sweet no matter how you prepare them. They are consistent in size appearance, flavor, texture, and freshness. What's more, they are hand-shucked, size graded, packaged and quick-frozen to lock in the flavor. Sea scallops are an excellent source of high-quality protein but at the same time being extremely low in fat. They are also high in desirable omega-3 fatty acids!

Amazing and rare! This salmon is massively popular in high-end restaurants and kitchens around the world, not only for it's color, but also for the tender and delicate, if not creamy taste. "Ivory Salmon," is nearly identical to traditional King Salmon on the outside, but because it lacks an enzyme that is thought to be due to eating shellfish, it keeps a whitish/pink tint to it's meat. This delicate fish is best pan-seared or baked at low heat and cooks very quickly.

Don't blame yourself if your local market's plump, juicy scallops shriveled up when you cooked them!

Why on earth would anyone add phosphates to scallops? So they'll absorb more water and appear plump and white. But just give them a few minutes in the saute pan and you've got a pan full of phosphate water floating with tiny tough nuggets. No self-respecting scallop fan would bother. Because our large, cream-colored scallops are frozen quickly (no phosphates, thank you), they remain firm, plump and sweet no matter how you prepare them.
