So-so

The fish I received has been just average, in my opinion. I was surprised to find bones in the salmon filets. The salmon had very little fat content, and was comparable to other wild caught salmon I’ve tried. The tuna taste and texture was pretty much like frozen grocery store options. Given the high shipping costs, I probably won’t order again. The fish did arrive still frozen solid, so the packing and shipping process worked. It’s just too expensive for the unexciting product.
