King Salmon, also known as "Chinook" roam in Southeast Alaska's icy depths. Feeding on smaller, slower fish, the wild King Salmon is the undisputed monarch in his pristine habitat. And it's this pure, natural diet that gives the King its deep, red color, firm yet flaky texture and distinctly mild flavor. Our fishermen use traditional hook and line to harvest these fish. They are then cleaned and iced at sea to preserve their flavor. Try King Salmon fillets broiled with oil, fresh herbs and a dash of ground pepper.
