We have taken select raw oyster and put it in a glass, added a little cocktail sauce, fresh horseradish and a squeeze of lemon for a very refreshing treat. I boil them four minutes on each side. They should open partly and I cut the blue paper away. l pull the oyster out , place it in the sauce;and return it to the half -shell.
