These Northwest Pacific Oysters have a mild, sweet taste. These products have become very popular in many restaurants and especially throughout the summer months. We have taken select raw oyster and put it in a glass, added a little cocktail sauce, fresh horseradish and a squeeze of lemon for a very refreshing treat. Shooters are packed four per box and are shipped frozen. Refrigerate or keep frozen upon delivery.

Using cold pasteurization technology the oyster is pre-shucked without disturbing natures own protective wrapper - the shell. There are only two processors nationwide that use this process to remove bacteria from shellfish! Oysters are delicious baked or barbequed these oysters will delight your tastebuds. We have a limited supply so order now and beat the rush!

From the early days of America oysters have been a favorite of seafood lovers and with our new oysters it's easy to see the staying power of this shellfish among connoisseurs. These oysters are cleaned using a specialized process to remove bacteria, making them the safest possible for a raw product while still delicious and still in the shell. Mildly salty with a sweet clean aftertaste our oysters are a fantastic treat served traditionally (with red wine vinegar, minced shallot and lemon wedges) or if tradition isn't your style try them steamed, baked, grilled, broiled, sautéed, fried or even frittered. These oysters retain their natural appearance and delicious flavor with all of the original taste characteristics intact ready to enjoy! Keep frozen until ready to serve.

Oysters:Preshucked.

I boil them four minutes on each side. They should open partly and I cut the blue paper away. l pull the oyster out , place it in the sauce;and return it to the half -shell.

Oysters

I use boiling water, four minutes on each side. Then I cut the blue paper, remove the oyster, and dip it in butter/white wine/and garlic salt. Served on the half shell;perfect.
